Responsibilities
Clerical, scheduling, invoicing and purchasing, information processing, and program maintenance
Serves as the primary contact of the Department, which includes customer centric verbal and written correspondence, solutions-oriented triage, detail oriented logistical coordination, accurate information entry, and systematic organization
Functions as a liaison between Patient Experience, internal departments, patients, and guests with the goal to act as a resource to find resolution in an efficient and effective manner
Qualification
Required
High School degree or equivalent
One to two years progressively responsible administrative support experience with independent project task management desired
Independent use of personal computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management skills (applications such as Word, Outlook, Teams, Kronos, ShiftWizard, Canva, and Excel)
Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills Are Required
This position requires initiative and the ability to work independently on responsibilities, demonstrating organizational skills and flexibility
Proven ability to problem-solve is essential, as well as ability to distinguish service and performance requirements among a variety of support and professional staff in different office locations
Preferred
Prefer applicants who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish
