Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical engineering projects related to Tate Flooring systems
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project success
Conduct technical evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in project engineering, preferably in flooring or related industries
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering principles
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
