Responsibilities
Review and interpret civil and grading design packages for large-scale solar projects
Work collaboratively with the Engineer of Record (EoR) and design consultants to resolve design conflicts and optimize layouts
Oversee site civil aspects including grading, drainage, stormwater, and access road design
Perform quality reviews of site surveying, topographic data, and earthwork quantities
Support permitting documentation, plan revisions, and as-built drawing verification
Interface with procurement and construction teams to ensure constructability and compliance
Participate in design review meetings and contribute to technical problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
3–8 years of experience in civil design, engineering review, or construction support — ideally within renewable energy or power infrastructure
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading plans, stormwater modeling, and site development standards
Experience working with EPC contractors or EoR teams on large-scale construction projects
Strong understanding of utility-scale solar site layouts, geotechnical and hydrological considerations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
