Responsibilities
Respond to requests for information from staff, including custom reporting requests as needed
Build and/or maintain regular reporting for a variety of departments (HR, Finance, Medical, ect.) as well as authorized 3rd parties
Manage Pawnee’s EMR database
Create and implement basic staff training on Pawnee’s reporting systems as requested by your supervisor
Maintain and advance your knowledge of the skills related to your position and field of work
Perform basic troubleshooting of electronic reporting systems, reporting anything outside your scope to your supervisor
Qualification
Required
2 years experience supporting PC and/or network users OR Database management
Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Specifically, ability to create, organize, and manage databases in Excel or Access
Experience working with a variety of Microsoft SQL database tools
Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
Preferred
Post secondary education or certification in Information Technology or closely related field
SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Reporting Services, and SQL Report Builder
