Lead the program from start to finish, including the planning phase
Focus on process improvement, process qualification, capacity expansion, new equipment purchasing, commissioning, and ramp-up across technical and people workstreams
Manage budget, assess risks, and execute detailed planning
Lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly
Identify impacts, synthesize requirements, and guide strategy
Qualification
Required
Biological devices experience required
10+ years in Medical Devices / Pharma / Bio
Master's degree in Mechanical or Biological disciplines
5+ years of project management experience with complex, time-sensitive projects
Project Management certification
100% on-site presence in Fort Worth
strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, project managers and to communicate complex information clearly (written and verbal)
Identify impacts, synthesize requirements, guide strategy
Budget management, risk assessment, detailed planning, and execution
deep understanding of pharma/biopharma industry and regulatory pathways (FDA)
