Responsibilities
Responsible for engaging on and/or leading multiple projects and initiatives, providing end-to-end PM support, as is applicable, to include initial requirements and data gathering through ROI analysis. Incumbent liaises with all levels of the organization, interdepartmentally and/or cross-functionally, engaging people resources throughout the facility and the company at large. Will engage with outside vendors, contractors and resources on an as-needed basis

Qualification
Required
Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative and open mind towards alternative methods
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
Technical competencies in Lean, Kaizen, and process management
Working knowledge of eQMS (Quality Systems) and FDA regulation
Follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Project and Visio
Present a professional and positive presence and interface with multiple roles within the CooperVision organization
5-7 years of relevant working experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field required
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred
Industrial, Mechanical, or Packaging Engineering degree strongly preferred
