Responsibilities
Manage and oversee 7-8 different technical workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Workstreams include: Architecture, API Gateway, VOIP / Media SIP signing, UI/UX, PSTN, Operations – Observability, Operations – General support, Network Infrastructure, QA, Privacy & Legal
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project components
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheets, and Gantt Charts to track progress and communicate updates
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across different workstreams, ensuring proactive resolution of issues
Provide regular updates, status reports, and risk assessments to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members across different time zones
Hold team members accountable for deliverables and timelines, ensuring high performance and quality outcomes
Drive decision-making processes by asking pertinent questions and facilitating discussions among stakeholders
Visualize and articulate the project plan, driving it upwards to align with organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading multiple technical workstreams in an agile environment
Expert understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to leadership
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheets, and Gantt Charts
Ability to manage teams across different time zones effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address risks proactively
Preferred
Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with Comcast Cable, is a plus
Familiarity with AI-driven projects and technologies
Bachelor's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
