Responsibilities
Review weekly asset data including all property wide reporting. Use reporting information to focus on performance and apply strategies to meet objectives
Prepare and provide weekly summary reports as needed, monthly property status reports, and quarterly reports while meeting established deadlines for both internal reporting and investors
Conduct detailed property level analysis of tenants/in-place leases, capital projects, operating and financial statements as well as relevant market information
Work closely with property managers to analyze lease and rental rates and monitor overall leasing status and strategies for each property
Direct property management with valid and reliable information for phases of property planning, including budgets, staffing, capital improvements, and other programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of prior real estate experience, preferably multifamily (finance, development, acquisitions, property management or brokerage)
Bachelor's degree required in finance, real estate, accounting or related field
Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficiency in Yardi Matrix and Real Page analytics
Highly driven, entrepreneurial self-starter able to work as part of a tight knit team
Knowledge of key financial concepts and metrics as they relate to the multifamily real estate industry
Strong desire to work within the real estate industry
Financial modeling, due diligence, and data interpretation skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Attention to detail is key
