Responsibilities
To provide support to the Director of Project Management, Director of Plant Operations and Maintenance and Project Managers
Ensure the efficient flow of all project documents, Board Agenda submittals and FL Department of Education administrative requirements relating to construction activities
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in administrative, secretarial and/or accounting work
Valid Florida Driver's license
Preferred
Knowledge of FL DOE requirements and submittals preferred
Experience with construction-related administrative work
