Responsibilities

Reviews/backchecks Project Controls Analyst work related to estimates, schedules, change orders, claims, time extension requests, and disputes
Creates innovative solutions in assisting managers with data needed to make quick decisions in determining the health of a project
Educates and develops entry-level staff on the entire lifecycle of a quality product related to project controls (estimate/schedule)
Identifies critical issues in financial reporting and creates pathways to pivot projects to stay on time and on budget
Support the development of project delivery schedule and cost plan
Assist in thoroughly reviewing planning project definition with agency stakeholders and gain approval

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field

Proficient computer skills (i.e., Windows environment, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.) and strong business administrative skills (i.e., presentations, report and letter writing, time management, etc.)
