Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Digital team to implement AI technologies and low-code platforms for improved client experiences
Research emerging AI trends and low-code tools, sharing findings with the team to guide decision-making
Help create and refine digital experiences, focusing on improving user and employee interactions
Contribute to the development of functional prototypes that can be shared with clients and iterated based on feedback
Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to define the technical approach for digital transformation projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a related field required
Professional or internship experience in technology or digital development, with a focus on AI, low-code platforms, or related tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner
Creative and curious mindset, with the ability to think critically about how technology can improve client solutions
Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to fast-changing environments, and grow within the role
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing ideas and solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
