Responsibilities

System Optimization: Lead process improvement initiatives and perform root-cause analysis to enhance workflow efficiencies and system performance

Technical Oversight: Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level hardware and software, specifically Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and public safety applications (CAD/Mobile)

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute customer operations policies while formulating long-term strategies for technical operational excellence

Relationship Management: Cultivate mutually beneficial alliances with customers and end-users to ensure technical support is tailored to specific operational needs

Incident Resolution: Proactively initiate problem-solving actions for hardware, network, and third-party components, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime

Professional Expertise: Apply a minimum of 3 years of IT or public safety experience (preferably with a Bachelor’s degree) to maintain high-functioning, 911-center equipment
