Responsibilities
Develop a detailed understanding of DAFgiving360 data and systems
Establish and maintain DAFgiving360’s Data Quality standards
Collaborate with business and technology partners to ensure adherence to data quality standards
Collaborate with business and technology partners to define, develop, and implement data quality rules
Create and maintain data quality metrics, alerts, scorecards, and dashboards
Lead systematic approach to prioritize, assess, and resolve data quality issues
Support initiatives to proactively improve data quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field required (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, etc.)
8+ years of hands-on experience in data quality, data governance, and/or data management
Strong proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and data quality tools
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI
Experience with automation tools e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx, etc
Experience in leading business process and behavior change management
Preferred
Proven record of successful delivery of initiatives in data quality and issues management
Results oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
An explorer mindset that proactively ventures into unfamiliar areas in search of information
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to tailor messages to audience
