Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements
Develop requirements using user stories , use cases , BDD-style specifications , API specs , and mockups
Partner with developers to ensure requirements are implemented, tested, and delivered using Agile practices
Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, security, and configuration teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and documentation to support modernization efforts
Manage and prioritize requirements in Jira in collaboration with product owners
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Hands-on requirements analysis for applications built on Microsoft Power Platform
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Proficiency with Jira backlog management and stakeholder collaboration
Experience working closely with developers and cross-functional technical teams
