Responsibilities
Developing numerous weekly/monthly/term-specific queries and analyzing the data to ensure integrity of the schedule of classes, catalog of studies, course and program inventory, and classroom scheduling
Assuring accuracy in the student information system and consistency between the catalog of studies and the Arkansas Division of Higher Education records
Maintaining regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance as an essential job duty
Creating and maintaining collegial, harmonious working relationships with others
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least three years of experience in data analysis and integrity
Experience and proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Access and other reporting tools
Ability to work independently, organize and analyze data with attention to detail under deadline pressure, as well as handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
Preferred
Experience using Workday Student and relevant curriculum management tools particularly those in CourseLeaf (CIM, CAT, and CLSS)
