3+ years expPenguin Random House Publisher Services is seeking a Reprint Production Manager to join their team servicing a client, Kodansha Comics. This role manages approximately 300 reprints per year in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the entire reprint process from estimates to approvals.

Responsibilities
Request estimates, create purchase orders, and act as a liaison between printers and PRHPS
Work closely with Inventory to schedule and place reprints at domestic and overseas printers
Update digital tracking networks and ensure schedules are kept
Track reprint corrections and submit to vendors as needed
Route, review, and approve reprint files/proofs
Maintain and present reprint agenda for weekly Production meetings
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in book production or similar role
Strong organizational skills, detailed-oriented, and the ability to prioritize a high volume of work
Self-starter who can work independently and within a team in a remote environment
An excellent communicator with a high degree of both written and verbal skills to match
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) required; knowledge of SAP and FileMaker a plus
