HR Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support within UKG, iCIMS and other HR systems
Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and IT to align technology and implement standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems
Implement and document a short- and long-term system strategy including but not limited to identifying and recommending improvements to the system and content management and retention
Assess technology and provide recommendations for system enhancements in collaboration with the HR Technology Manager
Partner with IT teams to monitor, update, and maintain data feeds between HR, Operations systems, and vendors
Update, audit, and maintain employee and operations data in HR platforms
Work with vendors to prepare for system updates and ensure RPM maximizes available technology and follows best practices
Document processes to create reference guides and instructional materials to reduce process errors by end users
Analyze platform usage and capabilities; recommend and implement improvements
Prepare reports and provide system data to HR Leadership and other end users as needed
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or similar; or 2-4 years' experience working with information technologies and systems analysis; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Administration experience with UKG and/or iCIMS required
Strong computer, software, and analytical skills
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred
