Responsibilities

Develop disease population modeling pipelines using rigorous statistical and machine learning approaches
Develop statistically and epidemiological rigorous approaches to measure the success of an experiment in a population
Use SQL and Python to write accurate, understandable, and reproducible methods
Collaborate with solutions and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions

Qualification

PhD in Data ScienceMachine LearningSQLPythonStatisticsEpidemiologyStudy DesignHealthcare Claims ExperienceEHR Data ExperiencePopulation ModelingCommunication Skills

Required

PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Applied Math, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years experience with complex statistics and machine learning models
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Strong proficiency in statistical and machine learning fundamentals
Excellent oral and written communication

Preferred

Very strong statistics and study design skills
Experience working on healthcare claims and EHR data
Experience analyzing and modeling human populations
