Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and professional partners
Ensure client needs are met efficiently and compassionately, exceeding service expectations to drive satisfaction and retention
Collaborate closely with office staff, gather and document client feedback, maintain clear and timely records, and participate in community events and company office hours in senior living communities as needed
Provide coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualification
Required

Ability to educate families about services and community resources
