Responsibilities
Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions
Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle using Agile practices, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support
Coordinate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, configuration management, security, and other technical teams to ensure solutions are fully integrated and compliant with organizational standards
Research, design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications, reports, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages), Power Automate, and Dataverse
Develop and support custom solutions, integrations, and interfaces that streamline business processes and improve productivity
Design end-to-end low-code and no-code solutions that improve collaboration, automate workflows, and enhance knowledge sharing across the organization
Assist with the modernization of existing applications and migration of legacy solutions onto the Power Platform
Qualification
Required
9+ years of experience in general solutions design and development
5+ years of focused experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages), Power Automate, and Dataverse
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Must be able to obtain a Level 5 Public Trust clearance (requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years)
Preferred
Experience with Jira for Agile project tracking and collaboration
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data migration initiatives
