Entry, Mid LevelHTC Global Services is seeking a UI Developer who excels at transforming high-fidelity designs into production-ready user interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX designers and engineers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs across applications.

Responsibilities
Build user interfaces directly from Figma designs, including components, layouts, and interaction patterns
Work closely with designers to understand intent, ask clarifying questions, and resolve gaps during implementation
Translate high-fidelity designs into reusable, maintainable UI components using modern front-end frameworks
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services
Ensure UI implementations are responsive, performant, and consistent across browsers and devices
Identify opportunities to reuse components and improve UI consistency across the application
Qualification
Required
Experience as a UI Developer or Front End Developer supporting UI-heavy applications
Strong, hands-on experience with FIGMA is required, including working from complex design files and design systems
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue
Strong attention to visual detail including spacing, typography, layout, and interactions
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where design and development move in parallel
A portfolio is required as part of the submission process
Portfolio submission is required and should include recent UI or front-end work
Examples should demonstrate accurate translation from design to working interface
Preferred
Production or shipped work is preferred over concept-only designs
