Responsibilities
Supports, develops, and maintains effective communication and excellent relationship with internal customers ensuring their reporting requirements are identified and consistently met
Develop reporting and aid in impact analysis of Marketing promotions and special events
Re-recreate / enhance current reporting using EDW as a data source
Aids Relationship Marketing Coordinator with reporting, host performance analysis, quarterly commissions, and backup of duties as needed
Assist with reporting of industry and regional competitive intelligence and strategic planning
Review Standard Operating Procedures, streamline processes, and identify areas for improvement
Assist with planning and preparation for annual operating budgets including working closely with operating department management
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in analytical reporting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and other advanced calculations/functions is required
You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment
Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards
Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods of time and move up and down steps daily
Ability to work in various weather conditions and assist guests in the loading and unloading process
Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
Preferred
6 months gaming analytics experience is highly preferred
Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
Experience with the following is preferred but not required: Aristocrat Oasis v12, Tableau, Teradata, SAS Data Flux, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, MICROS, PM10, Kronos, Virtual Roster
Experience with Continuous Improvement programs is preferred but not required
Basic accounting experience or education is preferred but not required
