Responsibilities
Manage regular and off-cycle payrolls across multiple countries using Workday HCM
Guarantee adherence to all regional compliance and tax regulations, including documentation like W-2 and T4
Uphold SOX controls and meet audit requirements confidently
Maintain and adjust Workday payroll setups for accuracy in earnings, deductions, and tax configurations
Lead troubleshooting, system enhancements with IT, and manage third-party integrations for a flawless payroll operation
Qualification
Required
Expert proficiency with Workday HCM payroll modules and reporting tools
Demonstrated understanding of federal, state, and provincial payroll regulations
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for payroll analysis and reconciliation
Prior experience in managing payroll operations for multiple countries, specifically the United States, Canada, and Mexico
Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and audit standards
Preferred
Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) highly regarded
