Responsibilities
Analyze commercial real estate and business loan requests, including acquisition, refinance, construction, development transactions, etc
Prepare detailed credit presentation assessing borrower financial strength, global cash flow, guarantor support, and repayment sources
Review and spread borrower, guarantor, and property-level financial statements and tax returns
Evaluate property cash flow performance, rent rolls, operating statements, and lease terms
Perform financial modeling including DSCR, LTV, sensitivity, and stress analysis
Review third-party reports such as appraisals, environmental reports, and market studies
Assess market conditions, property type trends, and geographic risks
Ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines
Support portfolio monitoring, annual reviews, covenant tracking, and risk ratings
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

Qualification
Required
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Preferred
Commercial real estate underwriting experience
Knowledge of banking regulations and credit policy
