This entry-level role will provide hands-on support for reporting, data validation, and system integrations while collaborating closely with the Integrations Analyst and Senior Applications Analyst.

Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day integration errors, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues within the Boomi Cloud integration platform
Assist in the creation and maintenance of ad hoc reports for business users across departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance
Support the design and development of refreshable Excel reports using SQL queries and data connections to internal databases
Help troubleshoot and validate data issues across ERP, EDI, and integration platforms
Help maintain system uptime and data accuracy across platforms by proactively identifying and resolving issues
Collaborate with the Integrations Analyst to monitor and maintain data flows between systems using Boomi Cloud and other middleware tools
Document data processes, mappings, and reporting logic for internal use and cross-training
Perform data quality checks and assist in cleansing and transforming datasets for reporting and analysis
Participate in testing and validation of new integrations and application enhancements
Provide first-level support for internal users needing assistance with reports, data access, or system functionality
Assist in maintaining SQL scripts and stored procedures used in reporting and integrations
Work with the Senior Applications Analyst to support ERP-related reporting and data extraction tasks
Qualification
Required
Basic proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY) and willingness to learn more advanced query design
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data connections (Power Query or ODBC)
Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite) and understanding of business data structures
Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms such as Boomi AtomSphere is a plus
Ability to learn and work with EDI platforms and data formats (e.g., ANSI X12, XML, JSON)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or systems support role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Desire to grow into a more senior technical or analytical role over time
Preferred
Basic understanding of APIs and data integration concepts
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
