Responsibilities
Own data and analytics projects from intake through delivery
Work with large datasets, including cleaning, transforming, coding, and segmenting data for marketing and fundraising use
Build and maintain workflows in Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and quality control
Develop audience segments, selections, and suppressions to support multi-channel campaigns
Partner with internal teams to translate project requirements into data solutions
Use AI tools to improve efficiency, pattern recognition, quality assurance, and workflow optimization
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of data operations
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in data, analytics, or marketing data operations
Strong hands-on experience working with large datasets
Demonstrated experience with data segmentation and manipulation
Demonstrated experience with coding or logic-based data transformations
Demonstrated experience with data hygiene, QA, and validation
Alteryx experience required (building and managing workflows, not just viewing outputs)
Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
Experience working successfully in a remote environment
Clear communication and strong attention to detail
Must live in the contiguous United States
Preferred
Experience incorporating AI into analytics workflow
Experience using AI to accelerate data exploration or pattern identification
Experience using AI to assist with logic validation or QA checks
Experience using AI to improve documentation or workflow efficiency
Experience using AI to support insight generation alongside traditional analysis
