Responsibilities
Serve as the primary help desk contact for Fidelity Bank’s Information Technology operations
Manage internal support calls and assist users with system access, hardware/software setup, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
Document procedures and provide user training
Maintain accurate records and reports
Perform processing tasks and security reviews
Offer rotating weekend phone support
Coordinate work across departments
Ensure adherence to IT policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational core values
Contribute to departmental goals while promoting a positive customer experience and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment
Qualification
Required
At least one year of related experience
Strong PC and MS Office skills
Solid communication abilities
