Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and enhancement of Android applications for financial services, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and support to enable independent, high‑quality delivery
Collaborate with architecture, design, DevOps, and security teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant Android solutions
Drive architectural and design discussions, offering realistic estimations and outlining trade‑offs between tactical and strategic approaches
Contribute to solution planning and cross‑functional technical decisions while independently managing complex development initiatives
Partner with internal customer teams to refine requirements, identify innovative solutions, and ensure delivery meets business and regulatory needs

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience leading teams, driving architectural decisions, and collaborating with Architecture/DevOps/Security to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
