Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and dynamic email experiences
Focus on email development, coding, segmentation, and personalization
Lead the department in a transition to AI driven practices of email content, design, and delivery
Accountable for the technical execution of marketing automation journeys
Create marketing automation strategies in digital marketing channels to create relevant, personalized, triggered campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
8 years of experience working with a content management system
7 years of HTML/CSS coding for complex emails and websites
7 years of knowledge of email-specific coding libraries and frameworks (e.g., MJML)
7 years of use of email marketing automation platform (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
7 years of experience using email testing and rendering tools (ex. Litmus, Email on Acid)
Preferred
3 years of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
1 year of experience using project management software such as Workfront, Asana or similar
1 year of Stripo Content Software
