Responsibilities
Design and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from concept to production; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and deploy to live environments
Identify and Resolve Bugs: Perform root cause analysis on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through strategic testing
Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at its source
Applying AI to develop software that addresses genuine user needs, delivers quickly, and remains maintainable over time
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years building production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework)
Proven ownership: Clear track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not just executing isolated tasks
Self-sufficient execution: Capability to unblock yourself, establish your own momentum, and navigate forward through ambiguous contexts
Practical experience using generative A.I. in daily development workflows
