Responsibilities
Programming of various equipment: SMT Pick & Place (ASM), GKG/ASM Printer, Koh-young SPI, Koh-Young AOI, X-RAY inspection, Universal Fuzion XC PTH Inserter and related Through Hole prep equipment, and inspection equipment
SMT first piece run and program debug, including programming, screen print stencil development, paste inspect, SMT placement, reflow, and equipment/material qualifications
THT first piece run and process development / programming through hand-load, and wave/selective solder
Co-ordinate with planning on daily basis and execute job optimization in Si-place explorer for optimal machine set-up and programming sequences for maximum efficiency
Act as a technical resource for daily manufacturing execution by promptly responding to line-machine requests from A-Techs, providing solutions or engaging external resources for additional support
Actively participate in associated new project's PFMEAs and New Product Introduction
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in an engineering equivalent or equivalent combination of education & experience
2-3 years minimum experience in printed circuit board assembly processes, methodologies, standards, and best practices
Ability to work long hours on your feet
