Responsibilities
Act as a Day-to-Day Lead for multiple beauty brand clients, building trust and driving long-term value across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programming
Be the Voice of the Client Internally: Translate beauty brand needs into action plans and rally cross-functional teams to deliver impact - whether that's a hero product launch, rebrand moment, or evergreen content strategy
Identify opportunities to expand our accounts through new geographies, product lines, or creative solutions
Turn insights, campaign results, and client feedback into meaningful recommendations that align with brand goals
Deliver executive-ready updates, decks, and reports that are clear, compelling, and actionable
Partner with our Strategy and Product team to present performance insights vs KPIs (views, engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate performance) that don't just summarize the past but inform what's next
Own timelines, deliverables, and the final product - ensuring everything is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget across seeding, paid partnerships, and integrated campaigns
Push internal teams to go beyond the brief and consistently deliver industry-leading work
Anticipate roadblocks and drive quick, thoughtful solutions that keep momentum strong
You’ll be responsible for retaining and growing your account(s) quarter-over-quarter by identifying and activating upsell opportunities, building trust, and retaining client investment
Align campaign strategy to key client objectives and stakeholder success metrics, so performance directly supports retention and growth
You don't just hit goals, you build relationships that deepen over time and position Kyra as an indispensable growth partner
Own large-scale programs from kickoff to wrap - product launches, seasonal tentpoles, retailer partnerships, evergreen content engines - ensuring seamless internal collaboration and flawless delivery
Forecast outcomes, track performance, and use insights to inform both immediate actions and longer-term strategy for your beauty brand partners
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience executing influencer marketing activations or client-facing account management in the creator or social media space
Expertise in creator ecosystems, platform dynamics (especially TikTok and Instagram), and content performance metrics
Proven success managing and growing accounts, especially through expansion opportunities that directly impact revenue retention
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how to influence Quarterly Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through both strategic execution and relationship building
Ability to craft and deliver high-impact messages across formats and audiences, from day-to-day client contacts to senior stakeholders
A natural rapport-builder who knows how to guide, align, and advocate
Deep understanding of scopes, deliverables, and timelines, with a relentless eye for detail and follow-through
Clear sense of ownership, always holding yourself and others accountable to the highest standard
Preferred
Previous experience at a beauty brand, beauty retailer, or agency focused on beauty clients
Experience executing beauty creator activations end-to-end—from gifting and seeding to paid partnerships and long-term ambassadorships
Comfortable with emerging tools and platforms reshaping beauty marketing
Confident working with beauty-specific performance data and supporting compelling performance narratives
Proactive partner who uplifts others and drives team success
Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments with constantly evolving beauty trends and platform dynamics
