FMS Program Analyst, Senior

Responsibilities
Support a U.S. Space Force FMS program
Develop and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data
Have regular interactions with U.S. government and international partners
Coordinate the development and implementation of security cooperation and assistance in support of the program office
Identify and analyze solutions supporting the successful delivery of complex security and cooperation programs
Help determine and refine program requirements
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with security cooperation and assistance programs working with foreign clients
Experience working with foreign clients and export control, including International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) issues and analyzing international security cooperation policy
Experience with DoD procedures programs associated with FMS cases, including in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), FMS case Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and the associated processes for LOA case development, case modifications, and amendments
Knowledge of Military GPS User Equipment and Protected Positioning Service signals
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience using Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management and financial tracking systems, including Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)
Experience with the U.S. DoD foreign releasability review process
Experience with DoD program budgets and Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) inputs
Possession of excellent problem-solving, research, and analysis skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
TS/SCI clearance
