Responsibilities
Driving company vehicle to multiple sites
Manage work orders via iPhone app
Trash management, including the use of a compactor
Moving trash and recycling bins in and out on specified days
Litter/trash collection in exterior and interior common areas
Gutter cleaning
Pet station maintenance
Leaf blowing
Salting walkways
Provide support in moving furniture, appliances, etc. as needed
Ability to work independently
Positive, collaborative team player
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Work independently to complete assigned tasks within given timeframe
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with residents of varying ages and backgrounds
Ability to pass criminal background check and motor vehicle reporting
Ability to meet physical requirements: The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday
