Responsibilities

Establish and mature the PMO framework, including methodologies, governance standards, and performance metrics
Partner with senior leadership to define the project portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources
Serve as the escalation point for project risk management, conflict resolution, and executive reporting
Personally manage complex, high-priority projects from initiation to completion
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability for project outcomes
Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and impacts
Develop and deliver training on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Coach project managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to strengthen project delivery skills
Provide training and coaching to end users and business teams on the software solutions delivered by projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, reporting platforms, workflow tools)
Act as a change leader, ensuring adoption of both PM practices and new systems by embedding training and coaching throughout project lifecycles
Mentor staff, fostering professional growth and building a culture of excellence
Balance the dual role of player/coach—leading by example while enabling others to succeed
Build organizational project management capability with repeatable practices and knowledge sharing
Implement tools and dashboards for project and portfolio visibility (e.g., Power BI, MS Project, or similar)
Introduce modern project management approaches, blending traditional, Agile, and hybrid practices
Continuously refine processes to improve project delivery, adoption, and business value

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a technology role
10+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of directly managing large, cross-functional technology projects including ERP/CRM migrations
PMP or PgMP certification required; Agile/Scrum certifications preferred, or equivalent experience/certifications
Experience delivering and training business teams on enterprise technology solutions (ERP, CRM, data/BI platforms, workflow automation, etc.)
Experience across the Microsoft technology stack, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI
Strong executive communication, organizational influence, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Agile/Scrum certifications preferred, or equivalent experience/certifications
