Responsibilities
Develop labor standards
Perform time studies on new or existing processes
Support the bidding process with new standards
Provide support to manufacturing through monitoring of cost metrics through initiatives that result in waste elimination and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Pursing a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Exposure with statistical analysis and data analytics
Exposure to Improvement, Optimization, etc
Preferred
Understanding of Time Study, Continuous Process
Lean Six- Sigma/ Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
