Associate Analyst/Analyst, Sales Planning and Reporting

The Associate Analyst/Analyst in Sales Planning and Reporting will support reporting operations, develop analytics, and enhance the use of data within the sales force to drive business performance.

Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and timely updates
Monitor data feeds, perform QC checks, and troubleshoot issues related to customer master, alignments, crediting, and weekly performance reporting
Support field-facing reporting by simplifying navigation, improving accessibility, and driving adoption of tools
Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions from Sales Leadership, Field Operations, and Marketing
Develop clear summaries and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights
Track national and subnational performance trends, identifying opportunities and performance drivers
Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation through territory/district deep dives and performance analytics
Assist in building reporting views that track pull-through of payer wins, coverage improvements, and execution priorities
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance structures, and reduce complexity
Contribute to ongoing initiatives such as: Improving report navigation and organizing the Tableau environment, Enhancing Customer Suggestions / Insights logic and documentation, Developing new field self-service reporting capabilities
Partner cross-functionally with MDM, Data Governance, IT, and Sales Training as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel
Ability to build dashboards, write calculated fields, and translate business logic into technical requirements
Comfortable working with large datasets and troubleshooting data inconsistencies
Strong communication skills — able to explain findings and proposals clearly
Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
Curious and eager to learn new tools, concepts, and approaches
High attention to detail with a commitment to data quality
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset; comfortable partnering across diverse teams
Problem solver who seeks long-term solutions, not quick fixes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's a plus but not required)
3-5 years in sales operations, commercial analytics, or related field. Advanced degree acceptable in lieu of years of experience
4-6 years in sales operations, commercial analytics, or related field. Advanced degree acceptable in lieu of years of experience
