Responsibilities
Maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs
Manage IT tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs
Research new technology and tools and share those findings with the team
Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of our team
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience as an IT Specialist
Google Workspace admin experience required
WiFi and Networking experience is required
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Experience with the following platforms: MacOS, iOS, Android
Experience with VMWare specifically Workspace One UEM, Kandji and FreshService inventory management
Experience with SoC2/IT Audit processes
Preferred
Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software experience is an asset
IT System Administrator technical degree/background is an asset
