Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective clients across the gaming ecosystem
Generate new opportunities through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and timing
Engage prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and development needs
Maintain consistent outreach cadences and follow-ups to build early interest
Clearly communicate Virtuos’ value proposition and service capabilities
Schedule discovery meetings and hand off well-qualified opportunities to Business Development Managers
Manage early-stage pipeline activity in Salesforce with accurate, up-to-date records
Track outreach, lead status, and conversion progress; flag pipeline gaps or bottlenecks
Share relevant market and competitive insights; support sales and marketing campaigns and events
Stay informed on video game industry trends, emerging studios, publishers, and evolving development needs

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to research prospects and generate qualified leads
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward targets
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or technology sales
Familiarity with the video games or entertainment industry
Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
