Responsibilities
Design and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks that generate test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation
Leverage GenAI platforms to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
Model user interactions, stress scenarios, and boundary cases to reveal potential defects before they reach end users
Apply AI and automation technologies to enable accelerated product launches and reduced defect rates
Qualification
Required
AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code first and then leverage AI tools to verify or refine your code, rather than the reverse, then this role is not suitable for you)
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA automation capacity, with demonstrated experience testing AI products
Proficiency in Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
Hands-on professional experience utilizing AI tools to automate QA processes
Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Experience in leading QA testing teams
