Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
Provide physician paging services to include taking, processing, and routing consults

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to use a multi-line switchboard
Efficient organizational skills
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and comprehend written/verbal instructions effectively
Good analytical and customer relations skills
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer/clerical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Working dependently, self-starter, motivated, team player, results oriented
Flexible, punctual and dependable attendance is required
Promotes positive customer service with internal and external customers
