Content Coordinator
Developlus Inc is a multi-brand organization in the beauty industry, seeking a Content Coordinator to support its Creative Operations. The role focuses on managing creative assets, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality across various channels while collaborating with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Own creative trafficking timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with product launches, retailer requirements, and final delivery deadlines
Build, manage, and maintain deliverables lists, schedules, dashboards, and status updates in Lytho and monday.com to ensure transparency and accountability
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand Marketing, R&D, Production, Operations, eCommerce, Retail, and external vendors to manage end-to-end asset delivery
Forecast workload, flag risks early, and help prioritize work across multiple initiatives using reporting and planning tools
QC final assets across print, packaging, paid digital, social, video, and retail media to ensure accuracy, quality, and readiness for release
Ensure all assets meet specifications, naming conventions, version control standards, and platform or retailer requirements prior to delivery
Own final asset handoff processes, ensuring approved, retailer-ready files are clearly labeled, versioned, and delivered to the correct teams, platforms, or partners
Support eCommerce and retail launches by coordinating delivery of PDP assets, enhanced content, imagery, and video in alignment with syndication and launch timelines
Track and communicate cross-functional dependencies (regulatory, packaging, photography, claims approvals) that may impact brand, eCommerce, or retail launches
Support brand consistency across channels by managing localized and global asset versions and proactively flagging potential brand risks
Maintain and contribute to improving creative trafficking workflows, standards, and best practices
Help maintain a centralized view of brand calendars and key milestones in Lytho and monday.com to support proactive planning and forecasting
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in creative traffic or project management within a beauty, CPG, or brand-side marketing organization, supporting high-volume, multi-channel creative workflows
Proven ability to own and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously within a structured Creative Operations environment, balancing speed, quality, and launch readiness
Hands-on experience using Lytho, monday.com, or similar platforms, to manage intake, timelines, dependencies, approvals, and final asset delivery
Strong cross-functional partnership mindset, working closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, R&D, Production, Operations, eCommerce, Retail, and external vendors to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery
Working knowledge of global and localized asset workflows, including versioning, adaptations, and trafficking of video and digital assets
Strong understanding of how to follow and implement Creative Ops standards, including specifications, naming conventions, version control, approval governance, and product launch calendars align with traffic management
Ability to anticipate risks and dependencies (regulatory, packaging, photography, claims approvals) and communicate impacts early to protect launch timelines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator who thrives in documentation-driven, process-oriented environments and takes ownership through final delivery
