Responsibilities
Assist with organizing storm duty schedules, confirming assignments, and preparing seasonal materials for storm readiness
Provide support during declared storms by helping with communications, training logistics, and coordination with ERMs and BDs
Monitor the EP Services and ITORM inboxes and feedback channels, track backlog items, and help deliver timely updates during working meetings
Assist with delivering checklist training sessions, ITORM and IT ERO Office Hours, and Post Storm Review activities
Help maintain and update training materials, including contributing to microlearning content
Support the creation and distribution of communications, guides, and job aids
Assist with planning newsletters, awareness campaigns, and meeting logistics
Help maintain IT ERO and ITORM Hubs, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels
Assist with system health checks and provide backup coverage for storm roles as needed during weather events
Perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes and/or enhance, maintain or support existing products/processes as per defined services level agreements
Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge
Organize own activities for short term or sub-project/components under the direction of experienced personnel and reports on status
Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role and training
Ensure adherence to standards as outlined in the management model. Utilize best practices to improve products and services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, 1-3 years of combination of education and relevant work experience
Typically 0-2 years experience in related experience in Business/IT, Analytics
Appropriate technical skills in Office 365, PowerBI, ServiceNow
Ability to understand and communicate customer issues
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
