Responsibilities
Monitor and review user feedback submitted across various applications on a daily basis
Conduct root cause analysis by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to investigate issues and identify underlying causes
Classify feedback into appropriate categories and assign ownership to relevant teams or individuals for action and resolution
Track assigned items, follow up on progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Build out and document knowledge management requirements to support organizational knowledge-sharing objectives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align knowledge management initiatives with business needs
Manage overall knowledge management strategy progress in partnership with the Knowledge Management Lead
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Work closely with Enterprise Project Managers to ensure knowledge management activities are integrated into broader project plans
Own and execute User Acceptance Testing processes, validating solutions and ensuring readiness for deployment
Maintain storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics
Establish and document business processes related to feedback management and content maintenance
Create reports and custom dashboards to present findings and metrics to leadership
Manage and maintain content on existing SharePoint sites and identify gaps in current content
Track project budgets and expenditures while monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience with data analysis in PowerBI
Minimum 2 years of experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Minimum 2 years of experience working with and presenting data to stakeholders
2-4 years of overall experience in business operations, business analysis, or related field
Demonstrated experience working in a large organizational environment
Experience presenting data and information to key stakeholders and leadership
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field required
Advanced proficiency in PowerBI for data analysis, reporting, and custom dashboard creation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data effectively to stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple priorities
Effective collaboration skills for working with Subject Matter Experts and IT teams
Attention to detail in categorization, tracking, and requirements documentation
Ability to manage multiple feedback items and projects simultaneously
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across different organizational levels
Clear communication and reporting skills for leadership presentations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail in requirements and testing processes
Customer service and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
Preferred
Experience with feedback management, content management, or knowledge management systems preferred
