Responsibilities
Assist in the physical construction of solar panels and arrays, including cutting, aligning, and adhering materials (films, foams, and substrates) with precision
Perform repetitive but essential preparation of components required for solar power systems
Support the mechanical and structural integration of parts. Electrical connections and wiring are completed by senior engineers
Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and precision across all builds
Qualification
Required
Able to work full-time, on-site in Moriarty, NM for a 3–4 month seasonal assignment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail, reliability, patience, and a solid work ethic
Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing precise, repetitive manual tasks
Preferred
Prior hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, mechanical work, or technical environments is preferred but not required
Technical training or coursework is a plus but not required
