New Grad, Entry LevelDreamscape Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of their facilities and equipment. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, then execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus
