Responsibilities

Sifting through operational metrics to surface trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Partnering with colleagues across departments to design and roll out process updates
Building and delivering stakeholder-ready reports that explain performance and progress
Contributing to the development of operations strategies and key initiatives
Measuring the success of implemented changes and iterating based on results
Strengthening project execution with analytical recommendations and risk/impact insights
Maintaining process and procedure documentation to drive consistency and compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related field
3–5 years in an operations analysis (or comparable) role
Advanced analytical ability with proficiency in data analysis tools/software
Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred

Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
