Responsibilities
Support engineers and electricians in driving assigned projects
Electrical installation, along with correct and complete documentation
Perform a variety of construction and repair work. Wire circuits, rigging, and fabricate or modify equipment as required for wind tunnel testing
Use complicated charts, tables, and drawings, shop mathematics, handbook formulas, judgment and experience in the reading and interpolation of charts, gauges, meters and other precision instruments
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an Electrical Study program at an accredited college or university
Due to security requirements, this position requires US Citizenship
Preferred
Working knowledge of Ohms Law, handbook and wattage formulas, and National Electric Code requirements for wiring and installations
Use of precision measuring instruments such as voltage testers, ohmmeter, watt meter
CCNA, CEH, CISA, CISSP
Must be motivated and have a strong desire to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in team environment
