Responsibilities
Step through the software, reports, or processes as the end user would, while attempting to find bugs and report any issues or flaws to the development team for corrections
Provide unit testing, system testing, and regression testing across various platforms
Carefully review for meeting the request, maintaining company standards, professionalism, visual appearance, consistency, and overall quality for each development
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure the functionality and performance of innovative systems and software enhancements
Conduct exploratory testing to identify issues and areas for improvement
Prepare, together with the Business Analyst, appropriate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios aligned with established business requirements
Analyze test results and track issues during UAT
Provide clear documentation and reporting on defects, issues, and test results
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to ensure optimal system performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Microsoft Office proficiency required
1-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably within a custom software development environment
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with business analysts and developers
Preferred
Familiarity with project management solutions a plus
