Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, including nonprofit leadership and boards
Review audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure quality and compliance
Coach, mentor, and develop seniors and staff auditors
Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on client service and growth initiatives
Contribute to the continued expansion of the firm’s nonprofit audit practice
Qualification
Required
CPA required
6+ years of public accounting experience
Prior audit management experience (or strong readiness for the next step)
Exposure to nonprofit audits and an interest in continuing in this space
Strong leadership, communication, and client-service skills
A collaborative mindset and desire for long-term growth
